We live in troubling times. It seems that no matter where we turn, there is evil on every hand. During times like this, it is important for people of faith to hold up God’s Word to the world as a light to guide our paths. “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” (Psalm 119:105).

With this thought in mind, the Streetsboro Church of Christ has committed itself to do just that. We believe that the Bible is the very Word of God. Consequently, we need no other guide. “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

The Bible answers three fundamental questions: Where did I come from, Why am I here, and Where am I going. Unfortunately, many people know very little about what the Bible teaches. Perhaps they have never opened those sacred pages to hear what God has to say. Perhaps they have studied their Bibles but are not really sure that they understand what it is saying. Perhaps you fall into one of these categories.

The Church of Christ at Streetsboro is going to begin asking the question: “Have you heard?” It is our desire that everyone living in the Streetsboro area hear what the Word of God has to say about a number of very important topics. We hope that you’ll take the time to read these articles by Ralph Price and David Kenney and contact us with any comments or questions that you may have. God Bless.
