Physically

You are alive.

Spiritually

Because you are rejecting God's offer of salvation in His Son, your sin will continue to separate you from God.  Satan is rejoicing because you are his.  God is patiently waiting for you to turn to him, but he will not wait forever.  Eventually you will be called to give an answer for your decision.
